KLAUS KRALLMANN PROD LTD Bistrita is a Romanian juridical person, a commercial company with full German capital, founded in 1997. The company headquarters is in Bistrita, Bistrita-Nasaud county, 6A Muscatei street. The sole shareholder of the company is Mr. KLAUS KRALLMANN, German citizen, who runs and manages the company’s activity.
The main objects of activity of our company are: metallic structures, electrostatic coating, manufacturing, and importing and exporting activities.
The manufacturing activity is focused on the manufacture of metallic structures and mechanical processings. The importing and exporting activity is tightly related to the manufacturing activity, as most of the products are exported to the German market. The manufacturing activity of the company, which started in May 1998, respectively the exportation activity started in June 1998, took place in a rented manufacturing site.
Starting with August 1999, the manufacturing activity takes place in the company’s own manufacturing site.
